At the Cathedral of the Epiphany, we hold the sacrament of marriage in high regard and encourage couples to prepare adequately. Marriage preparation should commence 9-12 months before the wedding day, allowing ample time for preparation. Here are the steps to follow:- Fill Out the Marriage Form: Please fill out the form below and ensure that you provide a different email address for each party.
- Schedule a Meeting with Fr. David Esquiliano: After submitting the form, schedule a meeting at this link.
Marriage preparation will include three different aspects:- Marriage Preparation: To be done with a sponsor couple.
- Natural Family Planning (NFP): This involves learning about a morally acceptable approach to family planning based on the woman’s fertility cycle.
- Meetings with a Priest or Deacon: After completing an online test, a series of meetings will be scheduled with a priest or deacon. For this reason, we need separate email addresses for each party.

Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee a reservation for your desired wedding date. The date will be confirmed after meeting with Fr. Esquiliano.
